Position Overview

Circle K is one of the world’s leading convenience and fuel retailer with 15,000 sites across its network in North America (U.S. and Canada), Europe (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Ireland, the Baltics and Russia), Asia and the Middle East. The European Management is placed in Oslo, Norway, and manages about 25,000 people.

Close to 60% of Circle K total fuel sales stem from B2B customers, utilizing fuel cards. The BCS division is responsible for all cards, services and product developments for Circle K in Europe. The Card & Payment Development team is a part of the BCS division with responsibility for cards, payments, services and product developments.



Senior Manager, Payment Development


Based on your strong analytical skills and strategic consulting experience you drive our approach to fin-tech and payment technology. You develop customer focused payment solutions to secure Circle K Europe’s competitive position.


As a vital part of our European team, your key responsibilities will be to develop our European payment strategy, define strategic initiatives and deliver on our payment development roadmap. You will analyze and create insight into current and future payment trends, and become a subject matter expert in Circle K. Being a project manager, you will lead Circle K Europe’s development of new and existing payment solutions towards the B2C and B2B market segments.


Our optimal candidate may have solid experience from management consulting with project management skills, strong business acumen combined with analytical mindset, and a keen interest in technology and innovation. We also believe you have higher education (e.g. Master degree level in industrial engineering, IT, business administration/ economics, sales/marketing, etc.).
