There is now an opening for a Digital Client Channel Manager, with responsibility for our B2B service offering.

Digitalisation is one of three strategic focus areas for Intrum. The ambition is to be in the forefront of innovation, by implementing new concepts and services that build competitive advantage and optimise performance.  The Group Digitalisation Innovation Program is responsible for driving this digital agenda within the Intrum group in close collaboration with the regions and country business units. The team is part of the Group Innovation & Operations area (reporting to the Group COO) and is headed by Director Group Digitalisation Program. The Group Digitalisation program is responsible for a broad range of services incl. customer and client channels, contact centre services, digital partnerships and robotics.

 

Digital Client Channel Manager Group

 

Purpose of the job:

Understand digital trends and manage assigned digital portfolio, leveraging innovative technology and partnerships to define, pilot and roll-out new business concepts in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Own roadmap and manage assigned digital product portfolio and team, delivering value to business stakeholders
  • Deliver on group objectives, by piloting and launching digital initiatives that leverage speed and innovation
  • Lead and engage employees and managers to create local ownership and build high digital awareness in Intrum
  • Proactively monitor trends, share insight and operationalize business opportunities emerging through FinTech and Digitalization to build competitive advantage and optimise performance for Intrum and our clients and customers
  • Adopt new agile methodologies to identify, address and realize business opportunities within the digital arena
  • Set and follow up on ambitious targets / KPIs and manage budgets for assigned Digital Portfolio
  • Secure that Intrum effectively involves the right internal & external partners in key initiatives to support realization of Digital opportunities
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with laws & regulations, as well as internal policies and processes
  • Demonstrate and role model Intrum  values and leadership principles

Qualifications:

·         Higher education on a bachelor's or master's degree level

·         5 - 7 years business development  and project management experience

·         Commercial skills and strong business understanding, and experience from facing customers and management selling

·         Proven track-record of piloting and rolling-out digital concepts in the interface between business and IT

·         Experience from driving innovation and change in large multinational companies

·         Leadership experience with personnel responsibility and excellent communication skills

·         Ability to build strong relationships with important internal and external stakeholders

·         Experience from handling external stakeholders such as e.g. authorities, workers councils, customers, clients and media

·         Relevant industry experience e.g. credit management, service industry , banking or insurance

·         Fluency in English, verbal and writing (other European languages is an advantage)
